Meet The Chef

Ricardo Ferreira began his long career as an apprentice at Dona Filipa Hotel over 20 years ago. In between then, and returning as head chef,  he has worked at a host of Michelin star restaurants and leading hotels across Europe and South America. He is passionate about local, international and Mediterranean cuisine, and is driven by the ever-evolving challenge of creating new, perfect dishes for his restaurants.
